Pre-revenue phase company planning to establish coffee production & processing business and holiday destination. - It is a Panama company that will be held as nominative shareholders by the investors. - Panama Geisha Coffee is our primary product Panama Geisha is a special Geisha coffee variety that is distinctive in both genetic and flavor, due to growing conditions. - We intend to be a vertically integrated company with our own processing, packaging, and branding. We will control the process by grinding our own coffee to carry out the best quality and get the highest price. We'll also be able to process coffee from other farms for an additional income source. - We also intend to create a resort destination in the beautiful highlands of Chiriqui. A natural landscape, coffee farm, and relaxing environment will entice coffee enthusiasts looking for a way to combine their passion for coffee with their holiday travels. - The resort is currently planned to have 15 studio and loft units. All rooms will be a minimum of 50m2 plus private terrace and physical amenities. - Land is already purchased. We have already started to build some infrastructure such as roads. He also founded teak plantation business, which has over 700 hectares of managed agri-forestry land, and a mill with over 4,000 m2 of wood production. He has an outstanding grasp of the agriculture and tourist industry in Panama with years of boots on the ground experience.

Total Area under cultivation - 100 acres. - We have a total of 25 clients plus private clients as well. - We do both B2B and B2C sales. - The clients are typically located in Vanuatu. - We produce about 10 tonnes of coffee annualy. - The coffee we produce is completely organic. - The maximum seating capacity of the cafe is 30 and is open only once a week i. e on Saturday. - We serve only cakes and breakfast at our cafe.
