The investor would receive 45% share in the net-worth of the land valued almost INR 900 Crore. Looking for an investor to help us take the case further. Current sponsor holds 60% share and has spent INR 2.5 crores so far and is looking to hand over 45% of the share of the claim, [valued at INR 400 crores] on some consideration to the incoming investor.
