Construction Machinery Business Investment Opportunities in Marratxí

Founder runs a company in Germany which designs 3D building structures and also produces construction machinery. Looking to start a subsidiary company in Spain that will undertake construction projects and also manufacture construction machinery. We are in the process to register our startup. The investment and ownership stake will be in the startup. The startup has received confirmation from many companies and individuals to execute construction projects and supply construction machinery. For construction segment, we have confirmation of 4 projects from Spain, 2 from Germany and 1 from Portugal. For machinery segment, we have confirmation from 1 company in France and 1 company in Germany. Our startup will be engaged in R&D, production of 3DCP (3D construction printer) machines, construction materials and execute construction projects. We are in the process to rent a facility of 600 sq mt to 1,200 sq mt in an industrial park in Spain. We have already hired 4 employees i. e. chemists and geologist who work remotely. Our chemists and geologists do R&D on geopolymer mixtures, basalt, structural support systems for 3DCP, as well as elements used in traditional building and other constructions. The startup will construct buildings using 3DCP which when compared to Portland cement are faster, cheaper, safer, greener, stable and flexible. It has better longevity & insulation and is fireproof, weatherproof and anti-allergenic. Structures made with geopolymer and basalt are up to 6 times stronger than Portland cement & steel structures and by using 3DCP we can eliminate up to 100% of on-site waste that results from using concrete in construction. Our 3DCP machines have been tested and are ready for production. We will outsource the manufacturing process of our machines to companies in China and Germany. Business owned assets include 2 machines that we have developed.
