Drone Business Investment Opportunities

Company involved in the design and development of drones in Germany. - Currently supplying to 25 customers in Germany. - The manufacturing capacity of the unit is 25 firefighter drones per month. - Our sales have increased due to an increase in clientele.

We are involved in real-estate survey, registration, appraisal and brokership. The business heavily utilizes drone technology for activities like real-estate survey and appraisal. - We have worked on 3 major projects this year and worked on 2 major projects during the previous year. We provided all the aforementioned services in the previous point. - Prior to that, we primarily focused on real-estate survey and had worked on over 150+ projects. - We expect a huge growth in demand for drones in the next 10 years within eastern Europe specially North Macedonia. Hence, we seek funds to develop a drone training center. Already a licensed distributor of DJI drones. The drone training equipment has already been acquired. - Have already identified a property with an area of 55,000 square meters where we intend to develop the training center. Post funding, we can complete construction within a period of 1 year. Funds will be utilized to acquire the lease for the land and start construction.
