Our operations started 2 months ago. - Our initial target zone is Dhaka and then we plan to take over the global market. - Dhaka has a 60 %, active customer base. We are looking forward to capturing at least 20% of the active target market that is worth $250 million. - Ultimate target is to get transactions of $250 million with $5-7 lakhs profit/ year within 5 to 7 years. - Our strength is obtaining garments, gadgets, and other products from retailers based out of China and the USA and having a global shipment chain. - Currently, we have tie-ups with 2-3 manufactures from whom we source our products. - We charge a 2 % commission on each transaction which we plan to increase to 5% once the transition volume increases.

For outside Dhaka, we'll establish tie-ups with other delivery companies.
