The entire process is automated and aligned to take place continuously. The management of the process and its monitoring is via a PLC (programmable logic controller) computer connected to 4 monitors which are depicting all stages of the process. Thus it is made possible to precise control of the process from all key aspects such as flow, temperature, level, and pressure. If happens deviation from the set parameters is included, an alarm indicates the specific problem and its timely repair. With the new continuous, automated process enabled maximum control and manipulation in terms of dosing and flow in the neutralization and thus optimal utilization of raw materials and production of high-quality products. With winterization as part of the process of refining the removal of waxes has been achieved to the greatest possible extent and thus the appearance of the final product is perfected. Bleaching as part of the process controls the color of refined oil depending on market requirements.
