Company deals in structural steel fabrication, flooring, onsite welding & maintenance, and industrial fabrication. - We have grown exponentially in the last 9 months and we are looking for a financial investment to ease the financial burden of taking the next steps toward moving into an office building and taking on more employees.

Company manufactures and installs fabricated metal parts such as doors, cabins, panels and other metal structures. Our clients are real estate builders and furniture companies. We manufacture customized metal structures as per our client's order, and then install them at buildings and properties. About 50% of our operations are manufacturing activities and remaining 50% of our operations are installation works. Have 4-5 clients who provide us regular orders. On a yearly basis, we execute 300+ orders. Facility is equipped with high-end machinery and equipment. Business owned assets include land & building, plant & machinery and office equipment. Business is currently operating at 30% capacity due to shortage of funds. Large portion of our profit from operations are used to pay the interest on loan. Hence, the business falls short of cash to invest in working capital. Looking to raise funds to pay off the debts so that we can invest the profit from operations back in the business. This would help us utilize the full production capacity.
