    20 years experienced company with procurement facilities seeks to develop global trading from Dubai.
    This is a new venture to be established in Dubai, UAE with the our expertise and products procurement base that we have in Ningbo, China. - We have been running this business for over 20 years and we are expanding to Dubai as HQ Operation. - The stake will be given only in the Dubai part of the business so we are willing to sell the majority stake. - We have established businesses in Sri Lanka and India generating good revenue. - Products are procured from China, New Zealand, and Italy. - We will set up a FTZ operation and a mainland showroom and office. - We will sell in the UAE market from Mainland Operation and focus mainly on export markets (India, Middle-East, Ghana, Morocco, Montenegro, Slovenia, etc). from FTZ operation. - Will establish sales channels of personal selling, website, showroom, franchise resellers in Foreign markets, social media, exhibitions, etc. to generate leads and sales. - We are projecting more than AED 11 million in sales from the 2nd year in operations. - Promoter has more than 20 years of experience in this business. - Promoter is in Sri Lanka and looking to set up the business in Dubai.

    Seeking Investment: Well established company that provides bespoke flooring services in Dubai.
    Our company specialises in the installation of premium flooring. The owner has over 30 years of experience in the industry. - Over the years, we have actively worked for major 5 star hotels in Dubai like Hilton, Sheraton, Hyatt & Burj Al Arab. We have clients in the retail side as well that include Bloomingdales, Cartier & Harvey Nichols. - We hold no contract with our clients. However, 80 percent of our revenue is through repeat orders for flooring services from these clients. - We do not manufacture any flooring material. We give purchase orders to different suppliers in China & UK which vary from project to project. No contracts with any supplier for purchase orders. - We have our own team that does all the flooring fittings at the location of the project. The average life of any project varies from 1 month to 6 months depending on the area we must work on. - Our revenues were affected due to the imposed lockdown. However, our demand has been steadily increasing post the easing of restrictions. Currently, we have 2-3 large projects to work on for which we require the investment.
