Factory Price Stores is a progressive venture of a Noida based business. Our team comprises of a group of professionals who have come together to cater to the demands of Indian public and SME manufacturers. Our main USP is that we provide grocery products at factory prices and so we have opened 8 outlets across north India. We have developed a unique grocery retail franchise program for existing grocery/kirana retailers and are offering various services to empower neighbourhood kiranawalas.
We are backed and supported by a team of quality controllers, procurement agents, warehousing experts, administration personnel, skilled and semi-skilled professionals, production managers, sales and marketing executives and other supporting staff. The products available at our grocery stores include a wide range of food, beverages, Ayurvedic health products, personal care, incense and fragrances, and home care category products. - Manage Staff:
Needs to oversee all the grocery store staff members. This includes resolving employee disputes, directing staff, assigning duties, and disciplining or firing staff as needed. They need to schedule staff shifts and vacation days and dispense employee paychecks weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
- Run Cash Register:
Responsible to run the cash register to ring up customer purchases.
- Inspect Store and Monitor Inventory.
Regularly inspect the store to determine tasks that need to be completed by staff. Expected to monitor store inventory and update inventory logs. This includes managing store displays and stocking shelves and retail areas, or directing staff to do so.
- Address Customer Complaints:
Address complaints from customers and work with them to find satisfying resolutions.
- Prepare Bank Deposits.
Reconcile store transactions and prepare bank deposits.
We have high monthly sales expectations because INR 6 lakh is the retail value of the stock available at the store at any point of time and we expect an inventory turnover of 1 month. Since the products are purchased from the factory directly, high margins can be obtained.
The franchise fee needs to renewed on annual basis. The amount is quite nominal i. e. INR 2,000 and it can be considered to be the royalty fees that need to be paid to the franchisor.
Transport for goods outside Noida will be facilitated by the franchisor through ground transportation (trucks) and the franchisee partner needs to handle the related expenses. - The franchisee partner will receive detailed guidelines and SOPs for all the business related activities.
- The business will provide bulk purchasing options which will reduce material procurement charges. As a result, franchise partner will benefit from economies of scale.
- We will assist with the marketing and branding.
- The business will also provide training videos for the staff.
