    Our brand Lussario was incorporated under the Hygiene Kitchens. As the name of our Company emphasizes, we value cleanliness and healthy cooking in the kitchen with strong, sustainable and reliable products. Steel modular kitchens and wardrobes have replaced wood-made products because of environmental advantages and hygienic advantages. There is a lot of potential markets since many homeowners replace decayed or damaged wooden products with steel furniture. In addition to this, with more disposable income, people are ready to pay for costly furnishing and for an upscale appearance. We offer unique products which have a high demand in the market and we provide customized solutions for every customer. We are looking for franchise partners to help expand our brand throughout India.

    - We are currently receiving 5-6 projects monthly and for one project ticket size is INR 10-12 lakhs.

    We make unique kitchens, wardrobes and vanity counters in stainless steel and GI powder coated cabinet materials. For doors we have glass matte / glossy, PU painted on steel, stone clad, graphics with epoxy coating. For Worktops we have quartz, granite and stainless steel.

    What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?

    Franchise partner would be required to setup and maintain the display showroom, attend client meetings, site visits, take site measurements, prepare quotes and follow up with customers, MEP and site coordination with architects, interior designers, site engineers, employ staff for managing showroom, take site measurement, prepare drawings, 3D designs & quotes, maintain proper books of accounts, sell the products to customer with GST registration, get clearances and approvals from customer for production and installations, help in delivery and mobilization of product for installation, get funds as per the company terms.

    Support you can expect from the company

    We provide training on products and services for free of cost, 2D design on pre – order & 3D design post- order for free for first 3 orders or first 50 Days, material samples for free, support for sales and marketing coordination, free estimation and costing support, production / installation schedule, supply of products and raw materials, installation support on chargeable basis, after sales support.
