- Ability to invest in the range of INR 10–50 lakhs towards setting up and operating the franchise.
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, sales, and overall business development.
- Responsible for building, managing, and leading a local team to ensure smooth operations and customer service.
- Focus on driving retail sales as well as handling project-based and commercial requirements.
- Expected to develop and expand the local market presence in the assigned territory.
- Strong commitment to achieving business targets and scaling the outlet in line with the brand’s standards.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the objective of generating monthly income in the range of INR 5–10 lakhs+ through sustained effort and business growth. - Complete handholding and guidance in product supply, ensuring timely and consistent availability of materials.
- Support in establishing and implementing standard operating systems and business processes.
- Assistance in lead generation through brand-driven marketing initiatives and network support.
