4. Franchise business Model- FOFO Model.

(Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) – The company basically rents out the brand name to the franchise investor for a particular non-refundable sum (franchise fee) and for a pre-agreed time period. Prices and merchandise are decided by the brands. So, the franchise investor is the owner of the store, and all the operational cost has to be borne by the franchise itself. The Franchise has to provide an assured minimum guarantee or percentage share of revenue to the company.

* We are into manufacturing and exporting of modern furniture and furnishing with 10 years of experience in the industry. We are a team of architects, furniture designers, interior designers and innovators.

* To facilitate its franchise we have a furniture manufacturing unit in Uttarakhand in 20,000 sq ft of space where we manufacture and customised high end yet economic wooden, iron, and steel home and commercial furniture products.

* We have a tieup unit of carpet manufacturing in badoi Uttar pradesh- carpet city of India, from where we are into export of carpets.

* We have many other tie ups with different types of decor manufactures and artists in all over India where we curate designer items at basic manufacturing prices like statues, watches, wall decor, paintings, lamps, crockery, handicraft and handloom items etc.

* We provide full support in Brand concept building, space interior designing, execution support of interior drawings, website, billing and inventory management, branding accessories, catalogues, brand printed accessories, recruitment and management support for initial days, technical training of employees.

2. Frugi Window- grocery, bakery and cafe.

* We procure best of the grocery direct from farmers and manufacturers and give our branding to it after quality check.

*We have a manufacturing unit of bakery and had a good capacity to supply upto 10 outlets in dehradun district, anyone outside dehradun district would interested in bakery would have to setup a manufacturing unit in there vicinity only, all training and technical support will be provided by us.

* We have a android and ios based full fledged running app to facilitate online shopping.
