1. Location & infrastructure.
We require franchise partners to maintain a professional and well-equipped center that meets the following specifications:
Location: easily accessible and in a business-friendly environment, preferably near educational institutions, corporate offices, or healthcare hubs.
Infrastructure requirements:
Training rooms: well-furnished with seating arrangements, projectors, and whiteboards.
It lab: equipped with high-speed internet, computers, and relevant software for hands-on training (for IT and ITEs courses).
Healthcare labs: for healthcare-related training, medical equipment and simulation tools as per course requirements.
Beauty & wellness labs: salon-quality equipment and workstations for beauty and wellness courses.
Reception & admin areas: a professional reception area for student counselling and registration.
Branding: the center should be in compliance with our branding guidelines, including logo placement, banners, and promotional materials.
2. Franchise agreement.
Our franchise agreement clearly outlines the terms and conditions, roles, and responsibilities of both parties. Key elements include:
Duration: the franchise agreement is typically for 2 year, renewable based on performance.
Territory rights: exclusive rights within a designated geographic area.
Revenue sharing: a detailed breakdown of revenue sharing based on enrollments, placements, and other income streams.
Exit clauses: terms for exit or termination, ensuring both parties have clear paths to resolution if necessary.
3. Centre audit and inspection.
We believe in maintaining high standards, and we conduct regular audits and inspections of all franchise centers. This ensures compliance with our guidelines and helps identify areas for improvement.
Initial inspection: a thorough inspection of the center’s infrastructure, branding, tools, and equipment before the commencement of operations.
Ongoing audits: quarterly or bi-annual audits to ensure the center operates as per agreed-upon standards.
Compliance report: based on the audits, a compliance report will be shared to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs.
4. Tools, equipment & branding.
Franchisees must adhere to the standard operating procedures for all courses offered:
Tools & equipment: must meet the standards specified for each course. We will provide detailed guidelines for the required tools and equipment.
Branding compliance: all centers must follow branding guidelines to maintain uniformity across all franchise locations. This includes internal and external signage, promotional materials, and digital branding (website, social media).
5. Standard operating procedures (sops)
We provide comprehensive sops to ensure smooth operations, covering:
Enrollment process: step-by-step guide for student registration, counselling, and orientation.
Training delivery: guidelines for delivering high-quality training sessions, including course materials, schedules, and assessment methods.
Placement support: sops for coordinating with the central team for placement opportunities and ensuring a seamless placement process for certified candidates.
Audits & reporting: guidelines for compliance audits and regular reporting to monitor performance metrics and quality standards. We will provide the following, with franchise fees covering access to:
