    What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?

    Should maintain the hotel to the specifications of Spree brand guidelines.

    Shall ensure the hotel is operated with all safety, fire, and all local and national compliances required for the operation of the hotel legally and prudently, and shall indemnify Spree from all costs, damages, and suits in this regard.

    Maintain the property as per the standards of Spree hotels, and also shall abide by the latest terms and conditions set out by Spree, which is applicable for all hotels on the system.

    Business model is ideal for someone who already has a hotel or someone who wants to get into this space.

    Support you can expect from the company

    - Spree shall market the hotel on a best-efforts basis.

    - We will list the hotel on our website and other online and offline sales channels including apps, and also on its sales efforts in various trade fairs, marketing conferences, and sales calls across India.

    - Regional Sales Office: Spree shall make sales calls to corporates, travel agents, and others for this hotel at its regional sales offices.

    - Spree shall list the hotel on its brand website amongst other places.

    - Will set the rates and rate rules/bands/commissions for the hotel for all channels and source markets and segments in consultation with the owner.
