Teak & Torch is a growing design-led furniture brand focused on making high-quality, customizable furniture accessible to Indian consumers at transparent price points.

Unlike traditional furniture retailers that require franchisees to hold significant finished-goods inventory, Teak & Torch operates on a make-to-order, centralized manufacturing model. Customers can choose from our curated catalogue and customize products across dimensions, fabrics, finishes and configurations. Products are manufactured after the order is placed, enabling a structurally lighter inventory model for retail stores.

The brand currently operates across NCR with its own manufacturing setup and has built capabilities across product design, customization, manufacturing, sales and fulfilment. We also execute institutional and B2B furniture projects alongside our consumer business.

We are now looking to expand through franchise-owned retail stores in high-potential markets.

Our objective is to build Teak & Torch into a trusted national furniture brand through a combination of company-owned and franchise-operated stores. The company holds GST certification. Teak & Torch offers design-led, customizable furniture for residential and commercial spaces.

The brand provides an end-to-end experience covering product selection, customization, manufacturing, delivery and installation. Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Panipat, Sonipat, Meerut, Karnal, Bulandshahr. 1. Initial discussion with the prospective franchise partner regarding investment expectations, preferred market and proposed location.
2. Teak & Torch evaluates the market potential, catchment and suitability of the proposed store location.
3. Commercial terms, investment structure and FOCO agreement are finalized between both parties.
4. The franchise partner funds the agreed store setup and infrastructure as per the approved format.
5. Teak & Torch supports store design, layout, branding, merchandising and setup.
6. Once the store is ready, Teak & Torch takes responsibility for operating the outlet, including staffing, training, sales processes, product merchandising and day-to-day store management.
7. Products are supplied through Teak & Torch’s centralized make-to-order manufacturing ecosystem, minimizing the requirement for large finished-goods inventory at the store.
8. Teak & Torch manages ongoing product launches, catalogue, pricing, sales processes, marketing support and operating standards.
9. The franchise partner receives returns/revenue share as per the mutually agreed FOCO commercial structure.
10. Store performance is reviewed periodically with transparent reporting of agreed business and financial metrics.
