European Laundry Concept.
The Swiss Laundry is an emerging brand in the Laundry and Dry Cleaning sector owned by Natasian Corporation Pvt Ltd. Within a short span of 3 years, we have expanded our services to 9 cities and are looking to aggressively expand in rest of India. We are the first major laundry in India to have expanded in so many cities in such a short time.
We focus on quality over quantity. So you will find that in each city we have only one operator enjoying exclusivity depending on the investment. The revenue has been increasing month on month and yearly turnover have been on a rise.
The first unit in India was set up in Kolkata and it had achieved its break even within 1.6 years on an investment of about 1 cr. The units has been able to serve more than 35K orders having a client base of over 10K and has come to be known as The Laundry in Kolkata. It has fuelled development of the sector in the city as many new players have come into existence after its rise, thus helping the growth of the overall sector.
We believe in one city, one unit policy so if an entrepreneur is ready to invest and make sure to take best care of client in the city we are ready to give them exclusivity in that area. This not only provides financial gains but also allows great mental peace in the city as brands aren't competing within themselves for revenue.
Though we customize each model of investment as per the city and requirement, we have made three reference investment models for providing the best idea to investors. The laundry is developed upon European Concept as the main investors in the brand are from Spain.
The technology being the backbone of the industry. All the set up have machines with latest technology as per the budget. Its all machine wash concept and focus is on reducing human error as much as possible. With us providing training and assistance in hiring people for each unit, we make sure same quality is provided by all the unit.
Price list is customized as per the city. As each city is different and has different needs and spending points but we make sure that the profitability of the operations are managed so that further investment in growth is easy for the investor.
Brief description about the franchise formats:
Own set up: According to the space available and facilities, franchisee can set up their own outlet. No royalty will be charged.
Certification: This will be for an year contract. No royalty will be charged.
Franchise: Will be selling out the franchise. Fixed royalty charges of Rs. 25,000 every month. Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Machine Reselling. India. To select the city of choice.
Agree on a investment based on the city.
We start the process once the payment is received. To establish and run a laundry central workshop in a city with proper infrastructure and procedures as mentioned by the brand. Training for employees.
