We have developed a platform for an alternate method of commercial transportation logistics. The service is provided through a website. The platform works through a crowdsourced methods where users can post their travel plans and will be matched with other users whose transportation needs align with them. It can similarly be used by transport providers as well. This allows users to get their transportation requirements met at a lower cost and also allows an additional income for users and providers who transport the goods. The platform was set up this year and we are in the pre revenue phase. We are in the process of development of a marketing plan for the business. We have completed the development of the website and associated database.

We run a warehouse facility with special cold storage services. - Our cold storage facility has a capacity of 2,800 metric tonnes and frozen storage has a capacity of 700 metric tonnes. - We have rented out the warehouse facility to a company that has around 145 clients in total from the food and food processing industry. Around 60% of clients are from the dry fruit and nut industry and 20% are from the masala sector. The rest of the clients include various other food processing businesses. - The company (lessee) pays us a fixed monthly rent of INR 11 lakhs. - We have special government permission to operate during the lock-down and so our business is not affected by the current situation.

Average price charged per bag ranges from INR 170 - 190. On the other hand, dry fruits are stored in boxes and the prices charged can vary. - Marketing is conducted internally through offline channels. Supervisors and other team members visit surrounding villages physically and empanel farmers to our organisation. - Sales revenue increased exponentially when compared to the previous year due to an improvement in local weather conditions. There was a major drought during the previous year hence the facility was shut for individual farmers. As a result, the business entered into a short-term agreement for 3 months with a seed company in the final quarter of the previous financial year. - The facility has 2 managers, 4 supervisors, 3 watchmen and 6 operators.

We have a cold storage as per NHB standards which is spread across over 2 acres of land. - It is equipped with the latest technology and machinery using bunker technology for refrigeration purposes. - Capacity of our cold chain storage facility is 1,00,000 quintals with 2 chambers and we majorly store potatoes and eggs. - We have 25+ fixed clients who are the traders and farmers. We do not have any long term contracts with them. - The facility has drying shed spread over an area of 16,000 sqft that is used for drying, sorting, and grading of potatoes. - Promoter has over 20+ years of experience in the business.
