Frozen Food Businesses for Sale

Business is a manufacturing unit for frozen fruits and vegetables with a new integrated cold chain system. - We are the 1st company in Uttar Pradesh and 5th company in India to use this new system for agro based products. - We have a process line to wash, grade, freeze and pack products according to the required temperature. - There are two separate units for fruits that need to be frozen and other fruits that need to be stored at room temperature with appropriate measures, like potato. - Fruits and vegetables are produced at a capacity of 60 metric ton per day. Storage space for 5,000 metric ton for frozen goods and 5,300 metric ton for room temperature goods is available. - We source fresh fruits and vegetables from local sundry farmers and process it to resale. - There are 6 distributors who help us supply our products nationally to numerous retail vendors. - We also export our produce to Algeria and other Middle East countries. - Business is based in rural area and benefits 200+ people locally. - We have been running the business successfully since 20 years. It was a sole proprietorship before it got registered as a private limited company. - Due to the pandemic the factory is not able to run at its full capacity and the sales have dropped. - There has been an increasing demand post Covid but due to lack of funds we have not been able to expand. - With enough capital we plan to expand into meat processing unit and wheat and rice flour mills as well because it highly suitable given the location and demand. - We are looking for full sale of business but investment or partnership is also welcomed.
