Travel agency partnered with hotels/resort seeks investment to open own tourist hotel.

- Maldives-based travel agency that started operations last year. - Have catered to 200++ customers since inception. Our target customer base is tourists from South Asian and South-East Asian countries. - We have now formed partnerships with 9 resorts and 25 guest houses across the Maldives. - We have a strong online platform in order to increase sales. - Promoter has 1 year of experience in the industry. - The investor will get the stake in the travel agency for the investment made. - We have a huge growth rate compared to last year as we have new arrivals from India for quarantine and our partnering properties are over booked for the next 3 months. Our valuation is based on current demand. - During 2019 and due to the Covid pandemic and border closure we were affected badly. And with Covid, the resorts changed their payment policy where we have to pay immediately and the Bank of Maldives changed their policy on travel agencies payment portal. With these changes we haulted our operations across the nation. But we were taking local (where our business is located) bookings. - Before the pandemic closure our demand was overloaded within a short period of time. - We are a hotel management and construction company in Maldives operating since 2012. - Currently we own and operate one hotel in the Maldives. - Have been awarded best city hotel by Agoda, Trip Advisor and Maldives Tourism Ministry. - The occupancy rate of the hotel we currently run is 90% on average. - We also conduct construction activities that is all done in-house. - Have constructed over 50 buildings since inception and plan to build upto 2,000 rooms by 2020. - We are seeking investors to fund hotel projects in the Maldives. - We are recognized by the local Government and have been allotted land for the projects. - The funds raised will be used to construct a new hotel which will be held under a separate legal entity owned by the investor. - The minimum investment size is MYR 16 million which can be used to build a 50 room hotel or pooled with other investor funds to build a larger hotel. - We would charge 5% of the gross profit for operating the hotel.
