We pay a total monthly lease rent of INR 7,00,000 to the owner. - Each hotel has 40 rooms with a price range of INR 1,500 to INR 2,500 per night. - Due to Covid-19, the occupancy rates have fallen to 30% to 40% from 70% and we have seen a drop in our revenues.
