We are a newly built modern small boutique hotel located on the island of Gili Trawangan in Indonesia. - The hotel has a total of 8 villas, 6 big villas, and 2 smaller ones. In total, the hotel can accommodate 22 people. - The villas are fully equipped with air conditioning, a safe, fridge-bar, furniture, TV with Android box, kettle, and dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. - Currently, the hotel is fully operational and generating revenue. - During peak season which is from May to October the hotel has a 95% occupancy rate and otherwise 70% occupancy rate. - Business does not have any loans and is run by 3 owners, two hold a 35% stake and one holds a 30% stake in the company. - We have our own ground service with generators in the event of a power outage.
