Our business was incorporated in the year 2006, we started with only job work and expanded to become OEM's for the material handling equipment for Godrej and Voltas. - We have stopped operations for 6 months. - We were into servicing the forklift trucks also, diversified into manufacturing to drawing items for Indian Railways in 2012 and hence further diversified into designing and offering automation solutions to Indian Railway workshops. - We have completed coaches for the Narrow Railway line of Neral - Matheran. We have already facilitated the manufacture of narrow gauge diesel locomotives at a loco workshop in Parel. - Received a single contract which was 3 times our yearly revenue for a fully automated shot blasting and robotic painting line for an Indian Railways greenfield project. - Our brand value is very high with all the customers we work with in terms of quality, cost, and delivery. - Our customer base is of 10-12 recurring clients with 6 major projects completed to date. Our major client is Indian Railways but we have 8 sub-clients in terms of individual railway workshops in various regions of Mumbai and a couple of cities in India. - We have tie-ups with 8-10 suppliers for the raw materials. - Till 2017 we had a CAGR of approximately 15%. Post that Indian Government laid a complete ban on the manufacture of new diesel locomotives which set us back. - Collective experience of both the promoters is 60 + years in the field of engineering and manufacturing and both the promoters are qualified engineers themselves.
