We got these through networking and online lead generation. - Buyers consist of retailers and distributors from across India. - Buyers bid on the product and the winner gets the surplus inventory. - We charge 10%-30% commission on each sale. - Minimum order size for a buyer should be INR 50,000 while the average order value stands at INR 3 lakh. - Transactions are done through bank transfer, we keep the money in escrow and then transfer it to the seller after deducting the commission.
