Industrial Plant Construction Business Investment Opportunities

We are a Brazilian company that serves private and public clients, medium and large, who need a construction partner who is capable of serving companies that have QS9000, ISO9000, ISO14001 and OHSAS certification, and in these cases, require total quality in teams, services and procedures employed by its suppliers. We are registered with all licensing bodies for engineering activities, such as the Engineering Council, Petrobrás, Federal, State and Municipal Regulations, Labor, Tax and Accounting. We conduct the project to obtain greater profitability and effectiveness within the expected regularity and good technique. We work with those interested in setting up plants in Brazil, from initial studies with basic drawings, through construction in all disciplines such as civil, electrical and mechanical, until the handover of the keys, as we call here: "turn key". We work on three to fifteen projects annually. Depending on the size, a project can take from six months to three years. We keep in touch with six clients each year, but have already worked with twenty, counting 500+ along the period of our activities, since inception. Our customers are 100% commercial. We do not work directly with homeowners. However, we develop buildings, where in this case the apartment owners do not have a relationship with us, but rather with the companies participating in the development, such as a real estate company and the administrator of the condominium created. The reason for growth is that we have worked on more projects this year as compared to last year.

We specialize in manufacturing and installing tube mill plant, tube galvanizing plant, EOT cranes to setup steel industries. - Each plant project costs in the range of INR 1 crore to 2.5 crore. - It takes 4 to 6 months for plant manufacturing and 2 months for crane manufacturing. - So far we have completed 1 such project and delivered the same within the stipulated delivery period. - We currently have 2 clients who buys EOT cranes from us and we have good relationship with them. - Raw materials for these projects are procured from steel manufacturers. - Plants can be customized depending on the clients needs. - We also have after sales service to assemble equipment and to solve various operational problems. - Promoter has 22 years of experience in this field. - Total cost of machinery at our factory is around INR 80 lakh.
