Interior Design & Architecture Seeking Loan in Pune

Firm specializes in interior design & execution, and architectural design. We also provide services for branding, graphic design, web design, and exhibition stand design. - Started operations last year and we have already completed over 20 interior sites and around 5 exterior sites. - Have executed projects for 20+ clients including NGOs and IT companies. - Revenue split: More than 80% of our revenue comes from interior and architectural design. - Execution of interior design projects is currently done through contract staff. We wish to set up our own workshop so that we can manufacture the interior furniture items ourselves and increase profit margins. - We are currently operating at break-even, but we expect to reach annual turnover of INR 5 crore with a 25% EBITDA margin once we set up our own workshop. - Promoter has over 6 years of industry experience and has previously worked in other interior design companies and as a freelancer.
