M&A Advisor in Dublin Seeking Business Service and Technology Businesses Upto EUR 5 million

Our company is an Ireland and UK-based M&A advisory platform specialising in business sales and exits for SME owners. We work with business owners who are looking to sell, combining hands-on advisory expertise with a technology-driven approach to match businesses with qualified buyers and investors.
We focus primarily on the Irish and UK mid-market, working with profitable, owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors. Our process covers business valuation, preparation for sale, buyer identification, and transaction management through to close.

We do not charge upfront fees. Primarily, we charge success fees. Very small listing fee (to cover preparation of the information memorandum and identifying potential buyers from our extensive buyer database and from elsewhere.

Acquiring / Buying a Business, Investing in a Business

We are looking for businesses with clear financial records, consistent revenue, and defensible margins. Key factors include a loyal and diversified customer base, low customer concentration risk, and a management team capable of operating independently of the owner. We also look for businesses with identifiable growth levers, whether through geographic expansion, product extension, or operational improvement, that make a compelling case to potential acquirers or investors.
Businesses we are drawn to: Professional services, SaaS and technology-enabled businesses, healthcare services, niche manufacturing, and business services with recurring revenue models. Typically, businesses with an EBITDA of €500K and above.
Businesses we tend to avoid: Early-stage startups with no revenue, highly capital-intensive businesses with thin margins, businesses with significant regulatory or litigation risk, and owner-dependent businesses where the owner is the sole driver of revenue.
