7. Reason for the sale.
8. Assets included in the transaction, including domain, website, database, social media accounts, and intellectual property.
Whether the transaction is an asset sale or sale of the company.
9. Current staff or contractor requirements after acquisition.
10. I would also be interested in understanding the growth opportunities that the current owners see for the platform.
