I am based in Nawala and work as an assistant instrument technician in an instrument Department, a role I have held since January 2017. I have hands‑on experience in routine, preventive, and planned shutdown maintenance of field and control‑room instrumentation in a petroleum refinery, including utility area instruments for boilers, turbo and diesel generators, and water intake and supply systems. My expertise includes maintenance and calibration of pneumatic, analogue, and digital measuring devices for flow, pressure, temperature, and level; VHF communication equipment, PABX systems, and fire alarm systems; fabrication of control panels and instrument mounting structures; and work on PLC/DCS‑based and hardwired emergency shutdown (ESD) systems and safety devices for critical process equipment. He also maintains and calibrates analytical instruments and online analysers in process plants. Although he does not yet have direct experience in the medical equipment industry, he is actively exploring investments in the medical sector, particularly medical equipment suppliers, and is willing to take the Pharmacist examination. His wife holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, providing additional domain understanding for healthcare and medical equipment investments.
