- We charge a minimal upfront retainer depending on mandate complexity to cover valuation, marketing materials, and data room setup; this retainer is fully adjustable against the success fee.
- Generally, do not charge milestone-based fees. Any third-party expenses (technical, legal, etc.) are pre-approved by the client and billed at actuals.
- Mainly operate on a success-fee model. Charges a success fee of 1.0% to 2.5% of the final transaction or enterprise value, payable upon successful closing and execution of definitive agreements.

- Prefer businesses with strong financial discipline, verifiable revenue models, stable EBITDA margins, operational moats (automation, high capacity utilization, proper licenses and compliance), robust market positioning with high repeat customers or stable B2B clients, and clear post-investment expansion or exit paths.
- Avoid businesses with poor or unorganized financial records, heavy outstanding debt, serious regulatory non-compliance, or promoters with unrealistic valuation expectations misaligned with market multiples.
