I am a self-funded buyer seeking to acquire one established, profitable travel business. Asset-light, remote-runnable, 5+ years of operating history, repeat client relationships, and existing brand reputation. Small-group tour operators doing 30–80 trips/year with a defined niche (e. g. , culinary travel in a specific region, women-only retreats, adventure/luxury travel for a specific demographic)
Boutique travel agencies with repeat clients, proprietary itineraries and direct supplier relationships. DMC or ground-operator businesses with repeat agency clients. I will work in the business full-time and plan to hold and operate it long-term. I am ready to issue an LOI within five business days of receiving a CIM, and to close on a timeline that respects the seller's transition needs and any required diligence.
