We are a corporate advisory firm based in Lusaka, working with owners and licensed operators to assess gold mining and production opportunities, improve documentation and investor readiness, structure potential acquisitions and joint ventures, and connect suitable projects with investors, buyers, and strategic partners. We also support businesses with gold sourcing, verification, offtake arrangements, transaction due diligence, and growth strategies.

We do not charge an upfront fee. We do charge a success fee of 4% post deal closure.
