I look for small but reasonably profitable owner operated IT/AI/Internet/consulting/HR companies, with at least 2 years of operation, with good management and products/services in place. I focus on long-term ownership rather than quick exits. I am inspired by tiny ventures, so I let the management to do its job, I am happy if founders want to continue building the company, but its also ok, if they want to exit. I act as lead investor, co-invest with my trusted community. I am unusually time conscious, I make go or no go decisions quickly and encourage co-investors to do the same.
