We are seeking an established UAE-based plastics, packaging or industrial-products business that can provide a transferable commercial platform in the UAE and GCC. Preferred targets have recurring B2B revenue, approved-supplier relationships, a diversified customer base, positive normalized EBITDA and cash conversion, transparent records, and a credible management team willing to support an orderly transition. Relevant activities include injection moulding, technical and industrial plastic components, food and personal-care packaging, irrigation products, and distributors or customer portfolios with defensible relationships. We are open to a full acquisition, majority investment, carve-out or phased transaction. We are not seeking start-ups, franchises, lending opportunities, standalone machinery or property, commodity-only operations without transferable customer relationships, or businesses materially dependent on one customer or the exiting owner.
