I have experience working with startups as well as very old companies. I have worked for multiple businesses at the same time due to our shared management services setup so I am used to pressuring and dealing with different people and business challenges.

- I look for companies with good cash flow or potential for recurring income. I like high margin businesses (above 20% EBITDA).
- I am interested in all kinds of industries as I have experience in different ones (food, construction, heavy industries, building materials, manufacturing, manpower agency, & fitness franchise)
- I prefer to invest in or lend to businesses with hands-on owners with professionally run but lean organizations. I am not interested in companies related to tobacco, gambling and pornography.
