We raised $25 million to acquire a network of tool & die companies. We are about to close our first deal (in the US) and are actively looking to complete 4-5 other transactions this year, including one in Asia and one in Europe. I am based in Chicago, but am currently in the Philippines. We are very interested in learning more about the business opportunity.
