    * Terms from 12 months to 10 years, fixed or indexed to Prime, Secured Overnight Financing Rate or Treasuries.
    * Advance rates based on collateral quality, leverage and documented cash flow.
    * Our Equity/Debt Finance ratio offer is 30% / 70%.
    We arrange senior debt for stabilized assets with predictable cash flow, construction loans with draw schedules tied to milestones, bridge financing for value-add and transitional assets.

    Established entities with verifiable financials and acceptable collateral assets with credible project economics only. No startups, entities must be in growth/expansion stage or venture capital phase series C and over. Project funding applicants must have collateral assets or property to back 15% of the project loan.
