I am a business professional based in Siliguri, actively seeking to acquire and operate an established, asset backed MSME, particularly in trucking, auto repair, and related service sectors. From November 2022 through early 2024, I worked as an external consultant under a Master Consultant Agreement and multiple work orders, supporting the company’s accounts, administration, reporting, and operational processes on an independent contractor basis. I require strong, clean, and verifiable free cash flow sufficient to cover all debt obligations while still generating surplus profit from day one. I prefer companies with a diversified customer base and stable, independent staff so the business can operate without heavy owner involvement. I am interested in acquiring established MSMEs and avoid businesses that are highly owner dependent or reliant on a few key customers.
