I am looking for an IATA- and TICO-licensed travel agency for sale. I am actively looking to acquire an established business in Canada, specifically Toronto, as I am familiar with the market. I would be interested in receiving additional information and the CIM/financials if available. I am happy to sign an NDA if required.

In particular, I am looking for:

* Revenue and EBITDA for the last three years and 2026 YTD.
* Current owner's role and approximate hours per week.
* Number of employees/agents and whether they are expected to remain after the sale.
* Breakdown of revenue between corporate travel, leisure/tour packages, airline bookings and airport transfers.
* Percentage of repeat customers and corporate accounts.
* Details regarding the IATA and TICO registrations and their transfer/change-of-control requirements.
* Reason for selling.
* Training and transition support available.

My preference is for an established and profitable business with consistent cash flow, a strong recurring or repeat customer base, experienced management and employees willing to stay after the acquisition, limited owner dependence, and clear opportunities for future growth. If the financial and operational profile is a good fit, I would be interested in moving forward quickly.
