I am looking for car wash opportunities in the Greater Columbus area (Franklin and Delaware counties) that exhibit strong unit economics. I am seeking a passive investment opportunity where I can provide growth capital or buy into an established operation. I am not looking for an active management role; instead, I am looking for a business with a strong, existing management team in place that can continue day-to-day operations while I provide the resources for expansion or stability. I am interested in businesses with a strong subscription model, a great business location that is close to high-volume traffic areas and near other retail stores, a great profit margin and a clear path towards recurring revenue.
