We seek to acquire or invest in IT businesses. The focus is on general development and IT consulting businesses with a budget range of USD 500 thousand to 5 million. We prefer majority stakes and am particularly interested in opportunities in El Salvador or Latin America. Key financial criteria include revenues from USD 500 thousand to 5 million, EBITDA between 12% and 25%, revenue growth of 10% to 20%, with no single client accounting for more than 20% of revenue and recurring clients greater than 25%. Additional requirements include utilisation rates above 75%. We plan to execute the transaction within the next 12 months and prefer a hybrid approach to management.
