We do not charge an upfront fee. We charge fees as per market standards, typically around 3% of the transaction value plus applicable GST, generally payable as a success-based fee on deal closure unless otherwise agreed.

I am interested in acquiring or investing in ITES, clinics, hospitals, technology businesses, and colleges, with a typical investment range of INR to INR 5 to 25 crore and a preference for Bangalore and Kerala, as I am familiar with the location. Can help businesses with deal structuring, capital raising, and financial evaluation based on profitability and scalability. Look for profitability, ROI, turnover, machine capacity growth, and existing debt levels when evaluating a business. Open-minded with no very rigid business criteria, but prefer businesses that can demonstrate financial performance and growth potential.
