Individual Buyer in Ankara Looking to Buyout Building, Construction and Maintenance Businesses Upto USD 50 thousand

I am the director of a construction company and I am on the hunt to buy a public tender construction company. I am looking for a business that can add value to my portfolio.

Acquiring / Buying a Business

The company is supposed to have the following features:
1. The company should have a certificate of completion (Public work complete certification).
2. The certificate should be obtained because it has done business for the state or again it has finished business for the state.
3. Once and for all, it should finish building a of minimum 60,000 – 70,000 square meters. The documents older than 7 years are invalid. Besides buildings, it may do business for projects such as roads, bridges, dams, high-speed trains, etc.
4. After the purchase, the company will be used in Turkey.
5. Even the movable or immovable property of the company will not be demanded if there is. Only its certificate of completion and endorsement is important.
6. It may be possible to find it among the ones who want to wind up the company, retire or change the working sector.
7. If this affair is in your field of interest, we will respond quickly.
8. If there are also official certificates of working experience as an engineer or an architect, they may be considered.
