We are an automation is an industrial robotics and automation company based in Bengaluru, and we are currently exploring acquisition of an established robotics/system integration business as part of our expansion.

Acquiring / Buying a Business

We are primarily interested in acquiring established B2B industrial technology and engineering companies, particularly in the following areas:
• Industrial automation and robotics system integration.
• Robotic automation, machine tending, welding and material handling.
• Special Purpose Machines (SPM), assembly and manufacturing automation.
• PLC, HMI, SCADA, motion control and robot programming.
• EOAT, grippers, tool changers and robotic accessories.
• Industrial engineering and turnkey automation solutions.
• Machine vision, inspection and quality automation.
• Factory automation and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Preferred business characteristics:
• Established business with a proven operating history, preferably 8+ years.
• Revenue preferably in the range of ₹5–15 Crore, with scope for growth.
• Positive EBITDA and sustainable cash generation.
• Strong engineering and technical team, particularly PLC/robot programming and project execution capabilities.
• Established customer base, preferably automotive, auto-components, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, electronics or other industrial sectors.
• Existing relationships with reputed OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 manufacturers are highly preferred.
• Good project references and demonstrated capability in design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
• Promoter willing to fully exit, retire, or transition the business to a new management team.
• Businesses where the existing engineering team and customer relationships can continue after the acquisition.
• Preference for companies located in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and Chennai, with Bengaluru and Pune being the primary focus.
We are particularly interested in businesses where the combination of an existing engineering/customer base and additional technology, products and sales capabilities can create significant growth potential.
We are less interested in pure trading/distribution businesses without engineering capability, very small owner-dependent businesses, businesses with significant unresolved liabilities, or businesses whose value depends primarily on the promoter's personal relationships.
