Corporate Acquirer in Doha Looking to Buyout Restaurants and Bars Upto USD 1 million

We are a restaurant company registered in Canada and having operations in Doha. We are looking for opportunities to grow our business further.

- I am seeking established F&B groups with a proven track record, multiple brands and outlets, and stable revenue.
- I prefer businesses with clear financials: minimum USD 300K revenue per target, group revenue > USD 5M, and at least 10 years in the sector.
- I am open to all operational formats (franchise or company-owned, single or multi‑unit; QSR, casual, fine dining, cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens, packaged foods, catering, distribution) but excludes alcohol.
- I am flexible on deal structure and control: buyouts, majority/minority equity, debt, franchise/master franchise; can be active or passive, and accepts startups to distressed assets (may assume liabilities).
- Investment size USD 100K–1M, seeking opportunities only in Doha with a 2 month timeline for diligence; no exclusivity required.
