We value verifiable financial records, repeat customers, healthy margins, manageable working-capital requirements, and a reasonable valuation. We also consider the quality of the team, dependence on the current owner, and opportunities to improve operations or expand distribution.
- We are particularly interested in engineering and technical services, industrial supplies, distribution, manufacturing, and selected consumer-product businesses. We remain open to other sectors where we can understand the business model and contribute through our engineering, governance, commercial, and cross-border experience.
- We prefer businesses with established revenue and positive cash flow, although we would consider earlier-stage opportunities with demonstrated demand and a credible path to profitability. We are less interested in businesses with opaque accounts, unresolved ownership issues, excessive debt, or growth projections unsupported by customer evidence. Our focus is on building lasting value rather than short-term speculation.
