    I am not looking for a transaction. I am looking for a partnership. The right business partner, to me, is someone who is driven to the point of being a little crazy about what they are building. Someone for whom the mission is bigger than the inconvenience, the setbacks, or the slow days. If you are not genuinely obsessed with what you are doing, we are probably not the right fit.
    Beyond the person, here is what I look for in the business itself:
    1. Clarity of purpose - The business should know what it is, who it serves, and why it exists. Ambiguity at the foundation is hard to fix later.
    2. Revenue visibility - Existing customers, repeat business, or a clear pipeline. I am not opposed to early-stage, but the fundamentals need to be honest.
    3. A promoter willing to learn and unlearn - Markets change. What worked three years ago may not work today. I want partners who hold their convictions loosely and their curiosity tightly.
    4. Operational honesty - Show me the real numbers, the real problems, and the real gaps. I would rather know the hard truth up front than discover it later. Transparent books are non-negotiable.
    5. Growth as the shared north star - I will always put business growth before my own comfort or returns. I need the other side to carry the same orientation.
    What I will not invest in: businesses where the owner is looking for an exit with no skin in the game going forward, or where there is no willingness to evolve the way the business operates. I bring knowledge, networks, sales and marketing muscle, industry know-how, and capital. What I ask for in return is ambition, honesty, and the hunger to build something worth building.
