The preferred deal is a full company transfer with a valid trade license, active visas, and ideally a corporate bank account. Target businesses should have monthly revenues of AED 30,000-80,000 and net profits of AED 10,000-25,000+, operate on a mixed model with a strong B2C base, and be open to stable B2B contracts with recurring clients. An existing team with a local manager, minimal owner involvement, digital/CRM systems, positive reviews, and defined SOPs is preferred. I aim to shortlist and make an offer by October, with onsite meetings in Dubai the same month, and request 2-4 weeks of part-time transition support. While I have no direct experience in cleaning or operations, I am prepared to acquire and manage an established business.
