I am a chartered accountant and financial consultant based in Mumbai. I am primarily engaged in debt financing, structured finance, equity financing, and buying and selling businesses and SME corporates. My focus is on identifying and working with SME businesses, especially in the chemical sector, that require funding or credit rating support. Through my expertise in structuring debt and equity deals and coordinating with lenders and rating agencies, I help businesses secure appropriate financing and improve their credit profile to support growth.

I do not charge an upfront fee. I do charge a success fee of 5% post-deal closure.
