Looks for well-maintained, ready-to-operate food processing or related facilities that have all documentation in place, including a DM completion certificate and approved DEWA and Civil Defence certificates. Prefers facilities with at least 60 KW electrical power and a minimum size of 3,000 sq ft. Open to facilities that may need renovation or upgrades as long as compliance and core infrastructure are solid. Focuses on existing food processing, frozen food, slaughterhouse and cloud kitchen-type facilities and is less interested in early-stage concepts without infrastructure or non-compliant operations. We are currently looking to acquire an existing food processing facility in Dubai and can add value through his operational expertise, branding, menu development, and understanding of local licensing and compliance processes.
