We are a Portuguese company operating two brands: A games and digital media brand and an AI and SaaS products company. We publish our own Android titles, and we actively acquire to grow our portfolio and expand.

We are actively looking to acquire and operate established digital assets. We are currently looking for a mobile game acquisition and a SaaS acquisition in progress. We prefer a company that is a good fit for our portfolio, and the location is flexible. We look for an established free-to-play platform with a large registered base, an incentivised rewards model and an ad-monetised content section.

To assess the asking price properly, I would need:
- Analytics access or exports (MAU/DAU, sessions, retention) for the last 24 months.
- Traffic breakdown: organic vs. paid vs. partner campaigns.
- Revenue breakdown by source (advertising, partner campaigns, other) and P&L for the last 2 financial years.
- Outstanding virtual-currency liability (unredeemed balances) at the last closing date.
- Which supplier and partner contracts (gift cards, PayPal payouts, ad networks) are transferable to a new owner.
- Tech stack, hosting and whether the 2-5 staff stay post-sale.
